These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Real Time Agent SMS messaging program operated by One to Globe LLC d/b/a Real Time Agent ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these terms.
Program Name: Real Time Agent Lead Response
Program Description: Automated SMS messages sent to real estate leads on behalf of NYC real estate agents, including instant lead responses, appointment confirmations, follow-up reminders, and property information.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the real estate agent. You may receive up to 5 messages per lead inquiry.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
You opt in to receive SMS messages when you submit a real estate inquiry form and provide your phone number. By submitting the form, you agree to receive automated text messages from the real estate agent regarding your inquiry.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
You agree to use the SMS messaging service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Time Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our SMS messaging service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
